Wynnewood is a residential community located in Overland Park, Kansas, and is accessible from W. 133rd Street or Nall Avenue. The 114 homes in our neighborhood were built in the early 1990's. Wynnewood residents enjoy a family friendly community, a HOA pool, and nearby walking paths.

 

Wynnewood is a short distance from many of the amenities that suburban Overland Park has to offer, and maintains a quiet, tree-lined setting that makes it a desirable location. Nearby amenities include Prairiefire, Town Center Plaza, Scheels Soccer Complex, Deanna Rose Farmstead, the Jewish Community Center, and St. Andrews Golf course. Wynnewood also is close to a large variety of grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and hospitals.

 

Wynnewood is in the award winning Blue Valley School District and within walking distance of its public schools, Overland Trail Elementary and Overland Trail Middle. Those schools feed into the top-ranked Blue Valley North high school. 

 

We have several annual social events for residents including the Fall Party, Fourth of July Bicycle Parade, Deck Crawl, Annual Block Party, Neighborhood Garage Sales, and we are always adding new happenings. Go east at the 135th street exit to Nall Avenue. Turn left. Turn right into Wynnewood at 131st Terrace.

 

Take the Nall Ave exit and go South to 131st Terrace and turn left into Wynnewood.
